Entrance to the stage: There is a dedicated entrance for wheelchair users. With direct access to wheelchair-seats. Contact the front-of-house staff upon arrival, and they will assist you all the way to your seats.

Tickets and seating: On the Main Stage, there are selected seats reserved for wheelchair users. The seats are marked in a separate ticket category.

Note! Due to narrow doors leading into the cinema, the wheelchair must have a maximum width of 67 cm.

Verdensteatret Cinemateket unfortunately does not currently have optimal universal design. The building is owned by Tromsø municipality, and there are plans to improve accessibility, but it is uncertain when this will be carried out. For wheelchair access, staff can either place a ramp at the entrance to the café or physically lift the wheelchair in, either via Storgata or through the emergency exit on Havnegata.

Arrival: Rødbanken has three entrances, from Fredrik Langes gate, Storgata, and Adolf Thomsens gate. Via Adolf Thomsens gate, you can drive all the way up to the building for drop-off and pick-up.

Entrance to the hall: Use the stairs or elevator up to the fourth floor. The entrance to the hall has no doorframe and is through large double doors.

Accessible toilet: Yes, on every floor

Elevator: Yes

Wheelchair ramp: Not necessary

Tickets and seating: The performances in the banquet hall do not have numbered seats.
