The Academy of Music and Beady Belle

As an artist, Beady Belle is difficult to place in one singular genre, her music combining pop, soul, funk, electronica, jazz and folk. She has contributed to almost thirty album releases, and on several of her own releases she does everything herself: writes, performs, arranges, produces, as well as making her own music videos.

For the Academy of Music in Tromsø it has become a tradition to invite musicians and artists to collaborate with the students, and Beady Belle has been on their radar for a long time. In this collaboration she allows the students to explore her songs, and create their own versions and interpretations.
