Fourth ticket release

Hardanger fiddle-jazz, Tromsøcomeback and small and big questions. Welcome to more new concerts at Nordlysfestivalen!

The programme is beginning to take shape, and we invite you to family performances, Hardanger fiddle jazz at Alfheim Swimming Hall, and intimate concerts tucked into corners all around the city.

In today’s artist announcement, we present cross-genre collaborations for every taste: Festival profile Ragnhild Hemsing teams up with two of Norway’s leading jazz musicians to fill the old swimming hall at Alfheim with extraordinary music. Bassist Steinar Raknes is releasing new music in December, created in collaboration with none other than Lars Saabye Christensen. Scene Nord revives its hugely popular collaboration with Fotefar and Bjørn Tomren. And we are especially delighted to offer another Relæxt family performance — not to mention Luke Elliot’s long-awaited return to Blårock!
