Luke Elliot
A long-awaited Tromsø comeback
Luke Elliot returns to Tromsø, much to the delight of local music lovers, offering bold emotionality, poetic lyrics and haunting epic stories.
Having released three critically acclaimed albums since 2016, the American has become known for his compelling live performances and solid songwriting skills. He started his artist career the old way—by working his way up from playing in small bars on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, to some of the most legendary clubs in New York. He now resides in Oslo and enjoys international attention, having toured extensively in Europe and the United States and sold out venues around the world.
With him to the Northern Lights Festival, Elliot has invited Lise Sørensen, one of Norway's most sought-after violinists. She has performed with most of the Norwegian music scene, from Sivert Høyem, Madrugada, Maria Mena, Cezinando to Karpe, Paal Flaata to Ane Brun, to name a few.
