Dinosaus & Rockefot [Relæxt]

Dinosaus & Rock Foot takes you on an unforgettable musical journey full of humour, energy and genre breadth. With music and lyrics by Heidi Solheim, the show combines rock, punk, blues and related genres in a way that both engages and teaches. Here no one should sit still, and young and old get to participate through rock school, call & response, dancing and fun guessing games. Songs such as The World's Coolest Animal, Hermesangen, My Own Way and Fiskekake create both laughter and reflection.

Dinosaus & Rockefod provides children with a vivid introduction to different genres of music, while at the same time the performance fosters creativity, social participation and community. With a mix of learning, play and musical enjoyment, the experience becomes entertaining for children and adults alike - creating memories that last long after the final chord.

What is Relæxt?

Relæxted cultural experiences are about lowering thresholds, security of creation and opening the doors to cultural life in new ways.

Relæxte events are art and cultural experiences with a more relaxed setting. They are open to all, but are especially adapted to children, adults and families who, for various reasons, who find that “ordinary” arrangements have frameworks and norms that do not work for them.

We make small adjustments to create a Relæxt experience. For example, we dim the light in the hall, but never completely turn it off. We do not use stage smoke and strobe lighting, and we have adjusted the sound level in the highest peaks. In addition, you will receive in advance a visual guide which describes the entire experience from you arriving at the concert venue until the end of the concert. This will also be made available as a PDF inside our website as soon as it is ready, so you can easily find it and view it before you buy a ticket.

Most importantly: Relæxt is hush-free zone. You are allowed to both talk loudly, laugh, cry, tickle and shout, and you can walk in and out of the hall as much as you wish.
