It just happened that way…

How do you go from pirate radio, rocket science, and wild antics in Tromsø to becoming a member of one of Norway's biggest bands?
This evening, you will meet Trond Graff, the guitarist who has been part of a truly unique journey through Norwegian music history. From his early years with The Jet Blacks—among the first bands from Tromsø to release their own records in the 1960s—to the massive success of The Pussycats and later a life on the road with the dance band Septimus. In recent years, he played organ in the blues-rock band Powersection before retiring in 2025.
With warmth, humor, and a rich collection of stories, Graff takes the audience behind the scenes of an era when Norwegian rock truly found its own voice. He shares tales of music, camaraderie, ups and downs, coincidences, and the choices that shaped both his career and his life.
Stories and music go hand in hand as Trond Graff takes the audience through a life filled with music, creative endeavors, and unexpected adventures. Together with an all-star team of musicians, he presents both classics from his career and newer tracks, while the stories along the way tie it all together into a personal, warm, and entertaining retrospective.
