Closing Time

Every Friday and Saturday during the festival, the public is given the opportunity to experience free pub concerts at the Back Room, performed by the town's aspiring rhythmicists. The students are given free rein to put together a program for four evenings at Bakrom hos Amtmandens. Here you can get everything from singing and jazz to country and fusion!

The collaboration with UiT, the Arctic University of Norway and the Conservatory of Music is a key part of the strategy and vision of the Northern Lights Festival. Bringing out the young voices and talents of the city is an important and very grateful task — we have the best talents in the world in Tromsø!

It will be a brilliant end to the festival night, and guaranteed full.
