Tora Daa with Konsen

Star guitarist, songwriter and vocalist Tora Dahle Aagård has reached a global audience of hundreds of thousands through her unique, playful virtuosity and energetic musicality. Together with her band, she has earned rave reviews for her explosive live performances.

In 2025, Tora composed a commissioned work for Trondheim Jazz Festival, later described by the festival director as “the best work in the festival’s history.” This piece forms the core of her fourth studio album, Prayer and Pleasure, released in autumn 2025 to glowing reviews:

At the Conservatory of Music, it has become a tradition to invite musicians and artists to collaborate and perform alongside the students. The bar is set high for inspiring and highly skilled artists who can both mentor the students and share the stage with them.
